About Me

I am a curriculum and instructional design expert with over eight years of experience developing and implementing live and remote training for learners of various ages and abilities. Working in enablement, I have gained skills in managing LMS and CMS platforms, as well as creating engaging content for remote adult learners.

I can work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects and deadlines. I enjoy designing instruction that helps people accomplish their goals, and I am passionate about facilitating a work environment in which people can thrive. I have developed my own curriculum, created many of my own assessments based on best practices, and analyzed data to determine and address learners' instructional needs. I possess the skills necessary for project management, program development, and analysis roles, and I am passionate about learning all there is to know when faced with a challenge.

In my free time, you'll usually find me reading, listening to podcasts, or cuddling with my 60-pound lap dogs. I've also recently taken up rock climbing and the ukulele!
