Purpose: To redesign onboarding for two student-facing teams (traditional advising and student support) as a unified program (where possible), mapping competencies, learning objectives, modalities, and assessments. Both programs were developed concurrently and launched simultaneously, requiring close alignment across two teams with distinct roles and toolsets.
